Hi, I’m Joni. Since 2006, I’ve been on a mission to make the world better through smart social marketing. I've helped more than 100 organizations create real social change while growing exponentially. How? By mixing social science with creative strategies that work.

Working with leaders who go beyond the status quo. I've tackled everything from food safety promotion to family violence prevention. Several of our projects have been internationally recognized for exceptional community engagement and program impact.

As an adjunct professor and online trainer, I’ve helped develop skills for university students and seasoned professionals from across three contents.

With a JD from the University of Saskatchewan and a Master’s in Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics, my combination of skills have taught me how to look at problems differently. And that's exactly what complex social change needs.
